CONTEXT

The problem

The company's internal procedures — validations, follow-ups, approvals, AML/CFT compliance obligations — were scattered across tools and files, with no overview and no traceability.

02

RESPONSE

The response

I designed an orchestration engine at the core of E-OPS, able to move a single procedure through several business modules — procedure management, HR, accounting & finance, procurement, document management with versioning and e-signatures — while keeping one auditable history.

03

MODULES

A modular suite

  • Procedure management — real-time modeling, automation and tracking, including AML/CFT compliance procedures.
  • Human capital — onboarding, tracking, reviews, training.
  • Accounting & finance and procurement, with approval workflows.
  • Document management — versioned documents with e-signatures.

TRADE-OFFS

Design decisions

01

Opt-in modules

Each module activates independently, so the platform scales from SMB to large group without forcing the whole suite.

02

One auditable history

A procedure crossing several modules keeps a single trace, essential for AML/CFT compliance.
